Processing of personal data by Lumina.ee e-shop

Processable data
The company collects and processes the following data:
- customer name;
- contact details (phone number and e-mail address);
- invoice and delivery address;
- payment details (including bank account number);
- purchase history (goods and services purchased, date of purchase, quantity);
- customer service information;
- other information related to customer surveys and special offers.

Purposes of processing
The processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or legal obligation entered into with a customer (e.g. accounting and dispute resolution). The data will be used to:

- to provide customer service and answer questions;

Data retention and security
Personal data is stored on Zone.ee servers located in countries of the European Union or its economic area. The data is protected by security measures to prevent accidental or unlawful loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorised access.
- Data on purchases are kept for five years.
- Accounting records are kept for seven years.
Rights and withdrawal of consent
The customer is right:
- withdraw your consent by notifying us by email at info@luminabeauty.ee;
- submit a request for data transfer;
- opt-out of direct marketing by using the opt-out link at the end of the newsletter or by contacting customer support.
Dispute resolution
In case of problems with personal data, you can contact the company's customer support. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
