1. Terms and Conditions

1.1. Käesolevad ostutingimused reguleerivad e-poe www.luminabeauty.ee klientide (edaspidi Klient) ja e-poe haldaja GoldenPath OÜ (registrikood 17122262) vahelisi õigussuhteid kaupade ostmisel.

1.2. The relationship between the Customer and LuminaBeauty.ee is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, government regulations, and generally accepted good practices.

1.3. If any point of these terms contradicts Estonian law, the provisions of the law shall apply.

1.4. LuminaBeauty.ee reserves the right to amend the terms, considering changes in legal acts or market conditions. The modified terms will be published in the "Terms and Conditions" section of the website and will come into effect upon publication. If the Customer placed an order before the changes took effect, the terms applicable at the time of the order submission will apply.

1.5. By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the applicable terms and conditions.

2. Product Prices and Information

2.1. All prices displayed in the LuminaBeauty.ee online store are in euros and include 22% VAT.

2.2. The prices of goods do not include shipping fees, which depend on the selected delivery method.

2.3. LuminaBeauty.ee reserves the right to change prices according to changes in purchase prices.

2.4. If the Customer places an order before a price change, the price valid at the time of the order submission applies to that order.

2.5. Additional product information helps the Customer verify the suitability of the product.

3. Shopping Cart and Order Submission

3.1. The Customer can add desired products to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

3.2. Adding products to the shopping cart does not obligate the Customer to make a purchase.

3.3. The Customer can change the quantities or remove products from the cart until the order is confirmed.

3.4. When placing an order, the Customer selects the preferred delivery method and confirms the accuracy of their details.

3.5. The order is considered confirmed when the Customer clicks the "Confirm Order" button. Afterward, an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email.

4. Payment for the Order

4.1. The Customer can pay for the order immediately upon placing it, using a bank link or credit card via the Payment Center. Payment is made in a secure environment.

4.2. The system will automatically send the order confirmation and invoice to the Customer's email address.

4.3. If payment is not made immediately, payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing the order. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Orders will be delivered within Estonia within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

5.2. The Customer can choose the preferred delivery method, such as SmartPost or Omniva parcel machines. Domestic orders over €100 will be delivered free of charge.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. 6.1. If the product does not meet the Customer's expectations or needs, the Customer has the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

6.2. 6.2. The Customer must notify LuminaBeauty.ee of the return intention within 14 days after receiving the product. If the order was placed with Omniva, the return notice will automatically include a return code, which can be used to return the product. For returns via DPD parcel machines, the Customer must send a separate email regarding the return to info@luminabeauty.ee.

6.3. The returned product must be:

  • Unused,
  • In its original packaging,
  • With labels.

For hygienic reasons, used or tested infrared belts, waist belts, and face masks cannot be returned unless the product is defective or faulty. Please ensure the correctness of your purchase and check the contraindications listed on the product page before ordering.

6.4. 6.4. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the return is due to a defect or non-conformance of the product.

6.5. 6.5. The refund will be made without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the return request. The refund includes both the cost of the product and the original shipping costs.
