The issuer of the sales guarantee, GoldenPath OÜ, reg. code 17122262, guarantees the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. |
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a consumer is a natural person whose purchase of goods is not related to his or her independent economic or professional activity.
If during the warranty period a defect occurs in the material or construction of the goods, the issuer of the sales guarantee will repair the goods free of charge.
If repair proves impossible or economically impractical, GoldenPath will replace the goods free of charge.
If repair is not possible and replacement is not feasible (product not available), GoldenPath OÜ will refund the amount paid for the goods.
The sales guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
1.1. Failure to follow the instructions for use or other instructions accompanying the product.
1.2. Defects in the goods are the result of misuse.
1.3 Defects in the goods are caused by normal wear and tear.
1.4 Injuries to the goods are caused by an accident (e.g. a fall).
1.5. Defects are caused by unusual environmental influences (excessive humidity, temperature, etc.).
1.6. If the maintenance instructions for the goods require regular maintenance and the Buyer has not contacted the Sales Warranty Agency in due time.
The sales guarantee ends under the following conditions:

2.3. If the Goods have been repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than GoldenPath OÜ.
If defects occur during the warranty period, the buyer can report them to info@luminabeauty.ee and send them to the warranty via parcel service. To validate a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase (e.g. an invoice).
The seller will repair the goods free of charge within a reasonable period of time, but not later than 60 days. The buyer will be informed of the completion of the repair by telephone or e-mail.
If repair is not possible or economically reasonable, the issuer of the sales guarantee will replace it with a new product. The buyer will be informed by phone or e-mail and a collection date will be agreed.
If a replacement is not possible and a refund is decided, the Buyer will be informed by phone or e-mail. The Buyer will be asked to provide their bank account number where the money can be refunded and the amount will be credited back within 14 days. Payment to a third party account will only be made on the basis of a written application by the Buyer.
The sales guarantee does not cover transport costs and does not compensate for damages caused by the inability to use the goods during the repair. The provider of the sales guarantee shall not be liable for any loss of profit.
In addition to the rights under the sales guarantee, consumers also have all the rights under the law.
